Susan Madorsky and Cherry Madole have been preparing food together socially and professionally for almost two decades. We enjoy taking your ideas and using our skills to create a unique and memorable event. We understand that sharing food is more than just eating. The pleasure of feeding your guests in a delightful, personalized manner is our primary goal – no matter how simple, elegant or whimsical. We believe food should be freshly prepared and we support Iowa’s local food scene by using ingredients from farmer’s markets and community producers. Your event can be special – from the first delicious cocktail to the last bite of sumptuous dessert – and we can make it happen.

Susan Madorsky

Susan, co-owner and chef, is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. She began her culinary career in Portland, Oregon. She trained under Jim Dodge at The Stanford Court in San Francisco, California. She was the assistant pastry chef at The Willard Hotel in Washington, DC and the pastry chef at The Chevy Chase Club in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Since living in Iowa she has been an adjunct instructor of Advanced Baking in the DMACC Culinary Program.

Cherry Madole

Cherry, co-owner and chef, graduated with honors from New York City’s Institute of Culinary Arts’ Pastry and Baking program. She worked in the pastry kitchen of Café Bouloud (NYC). She was a pastry chef at The Champion’s Club in Omaha, Nebraska. In Des Moines, she worked several years as a personal chef to many wonderful families.
